Introduction to Self Empathy

​Cultivating self-empathy as a daily practice is very important to maintain "emotional hygiene" as well as to support ourselves in our relationships with others, in our ability to respond rather than react to triggers, and generally to lean towards a happier life experience. In this series, we explore the different components of self-empathy, inspired by Nonviolent Communication. 

No previous experience is necessary.
